Passing moments

Take a short break from whatever it is you are doing; breath in and out, watch the air fill up your lungs and then coming out. Read slowly and try to "feel" the words rather than understanding them...

The quieter you become;
the more you are able to hear.

if you do not understand, things are just as they are.
